So- we didn't get the good news we were hoping for today. We got just the opposite. Our certified letter said that the IRS is about to levy all of our assets! This is a perfect example of one hand not knowing what the other is doing within the IRS. Jason spent all day on the phone, and finally got them to put a hold on our account. Our appeals officer said their decision to reduce our liability should post within the next three weeks. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! So- we will continue to wait it out. We are just praying that this is resolved before we have to file our taxes. In the mean time we'll keep on keeping on...
