Caroline Update

We have had a very long and exhausting day. The doctors said that yesterday Caroline exceeded all of their expectations. They could not believe how well she was doing.
That was not the case today. She has had some major setbacks. We have had to have some very hard conversations with the doctors. They just started her on more blood pressure medicine (to try to keep her blood pressure up) and are about to give her another blood infusion. She is on the best ventilator they have and is not showing much improvement.
We are still praying for a miracle, for divine healing.
Please continue to pray for my baby girl. Please pray for the doctors taking care of her, and for us as we face decisions that no parent should ever have to face.
We are thankful that we are here, with the care that she is receiving.

  2. Sometimes when we can't find the words to say we just need to ask HIM for the words. I'm not sure why but this verse just came to me and so I hope that it can give you comfort and peace in this time of need.

20 " Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us" 21 to HIM be the glory!"

    Ephesians 3:20,21

We love you guys and are praying for you and sweet baby Caroline!!

  3. We are praying for Sweet Caroline Grace constantly. I had one of your divine appointments today as I was compelled to ask a stranger in the airport to pray for Caroline. As I told her story, a look came across her face as she said " I was born with spina bifida." She was in the army, and is a nurse. Her best friend also has a 24 weeker at Texas Childrens. His name is Elijah, and he was born the day after Thanksgiving. God put her there, and she is praying for Caroline. So are we..we're praying big. Our God is a God of miracles. We love you, and wish we could be with you.
